Thank you very much for each time you shared our UTech, Ja Pension (2006) Participant Meeting Notice of August 15th, 2023, and also the follow up notice of the vote of August 21st. 2023.
God has been kind and merciful to us.
Each share you facilitated has resulted in the APPROVAL of the proposed amendment to the Pension Plan Rules by our membership.
The next step is approval by the Financial Services Commission (FSC). Their review can take 12 months or more.
Do continue to pray for us.

It has come to my attention that persons are being advised that Pensioners are not required to attend the members meeting.
As far as I am aware, this information is incorrect.
All members, active (meaning current staff), deferred (those who have left and don’t reach pensionable age) and pensioners are required to attend the meeting on August 15 as follows
Meeting date: Tues 15th August, 2023
Time: 10 am
Where: In-Person via Shared Facilities, UTech, Jamaica, Papine Campus
or for those who need remote access Online via pre-registration

Kindly assist us in sharing this UTech, Jamaica Pension (2006) Participant Meeting Notice and related information blog post, as widely as possible.
With your help, through sharing via WhatsApp (status posts + forwarding) and your other social media platforms and email, most of the members of the UTech, Ja 2006 pension plan, especially those who have retired and migrated, and for whom we do not have current contact information, will have an opportunity to attend the meeting, or send a proxy to vote for extremely important amendments.
