About Heritage

Heritage Education Funds International (HEFI) has been operating in Jamaica since 1996 offering one of the highest-performing, safest and most flexible Education Savings Plans – The Heritage International Scholarship Trust Plan – for a child’s tertiary education pursuits. To date, Heritage has enrolled over 10,000 Jamaican children and has paid out over US $16 million in savings and Educational Assistance Payments. When any enrolled child (under the age of 14) reaches 18 years of age, the Foundation will return savings (in U.S. dollars) to assist in paying for the first year in attending any recognized University, College or Technical Institution anywhere in the world.
