The University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech, Jamaica) seeks to identify suitable candidates to fill the following post within the Office of Admissions & Enrolment Management::



Clerk – Level 3B

(3 Posts)


The Clerk is responsible for assisting the Undergraduate Admissions Assistants and Enrolment Assistants with applicant and student-related issues. He/She is responsible for entering data of all applications received, provide basic information to the public and students on application and enrolment related queries. He/She will also handle enrolment related queries through the Call Centre.




The preferred applicant will possess: 5 C.X.C/G.C.E ‘O’Level including English Language & Mathematics; at least one (1) year’s experience in University Administration, preferably working in an admissions or faculty office; experience in customer service and data entry are very important.
