Accommodations Unit


The University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech, Jamaica) seeks to identify a suitable candidate to fill the following post in the Accommodations Unit (Student Services & Registry):

Accommodation Clerk  –  Level 2B


The Accommodation Clerk is responsible for supporting the staff in the Accommodation Unit.


The preferred applicant should possess

  • five (5) subjects at G.C.E. O’Level /CXC/CSEC general proficiency level including English Language and Mathematics or another numerical subject;
  • knowledge of student accommodation;
  • knowledge of disability rules and regulations;
  • knowledge of lease management;
  • detail oriented; and
  • good communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

At least one (1) year’s experience in a clerical position.
