The opportunity has arisen within the Division of Student Services & Registry
(Western Campus) for the following post:

Administrative Support 2 – Level 5B (Permanent)

The Administrative Support 2 will provide confidential secretarial and administrative  support services to the Assistant Registrar, Western Campus.  He/she will be responsible for fulfilling the administrative duties in support of the functions of the Office of the Assistant Registrar.

The preferred applicant will possess at minimum a Diploma in Administrative Management or a related discipline, at least two (2) years experience in a secretarial post, sound knowledge of standard office procedures and practices, records and file management systems; good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
