An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Facilities Management Department for the following post:

Administrative Support 2

(Temporary)

The Administrative Support 2 will provide confidential secretarial and administrative support services to the Department. This involves carrying out effective and efficient communication and liaison, establishing and maintaining administrative systems, preparing and maintaining various types and forms of documents and records, and extracting and organizing data/information in the required format.

Requirements:

The preferred applicant will possess a Diploma in Business Management or equivalent; at least two (2) years experience in a secretarial/administrative post; sound knowledge of standard office procedures and practices, records and file management systems; good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
