Lillian’s Restaurant  will be participating in this year’s staging of Restaurant Week – November 13-21, 2015.

We  will be open for dinner during this period from 6:00pm – 10:00pm.

We have attached our exciting menu that has been created for this event.

Salt Fish Tostones

Twice Fried Plantain Topped with Flaked Salted Fish Marinated with Onions
and Pepper in Spicy Vinaigrette with a Honey Mayo


 Jerked Chicken Chowder

Breast of Chicken Infused with Dried Spices & Herbs, Grilled and Simmered
with Whole Kernel Corn and Diced Vegetables, Finished with Cream


Marinated Bell Pepper Salad

A Combination of Fresh Salad Greens, Topped with Marinated Peppers and Red Onions, Pomegranate Syrup and Shaved Parmesan Cheese


Creamy Chicken Sauté

Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Seasoned Cream Cheese and Cranberries, Sautéed and Smothered in a Citrus Glaze


 Peppercorn Crusted Beef

Pepper Crusted Beef Medallion, Seared then Finished in the Oven. Drizzled with Jus Lié


Seared Trout

Fillet of Trout Infused with Fresh Local Thyme, Pan Seared and Served with Cherry Tomatoes, and a Scotch Bonnet, Parsley Beurre Blanc


Cinnamon Braised Pineapple Pork

Seared Shoulder Chops Braised in Pineapple Juice, Local Spices & Cinnamon Sticks, Topped with Chunks of Pineapples


 Vegetable Lasagna

Thin Slices of Egg Plant, Zucchini, Tomatoes, Carrots and Peppers, Marinated and Stacked with Fresh Basil, Tomato Sauce and Veggie Cheese.

Served with Homemade Garlic Bread


All Entrées are Served with Sautéed Vegetables and your Choice of Rice of the Day or Herbed Mashed Plantain


Chocolate and Banana Bread Pudding

Fresh Cubes of Bread, Sliced Ripe Bananas and Chocolate Chips, Baked in a  Cinnamon Flavored Custard and Served with a Raspberry Sauce.


Passion Trifle

A Layered Dessert of Cream Cake and Whipped Cream Flavored with Passion Fruit Puree and Diced Fresh Fruit


Rum and Raisin Cake

Lillian’s Special Cream Cake Tossed with Rum Soaked Raisins Baked then Drizzled with Over Proof Rum and Brown Sugar Syrup. Served with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce
