Unemployment Rate in Jamaica decreased to 13.40 percent in the first quarter of 2014 from 14.90 percent in the fourth quarter of 2013. Unemployment Rate in Jamaica averaged 14 Percent from 1991 until 2014, reaching an all time high of 16.50 Percent in the fourth quarter of 1997 and a record low of 9.80 Percent in the fourth quarter of 2007.
