An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Student Financing Unit of the Finance & Business Services Division for the following post:

 

Administrative Support 2 – Level 5B (Permanent)

Responsibilities:-

The Administrative Support 2 will provide confidential secretarial and administrative support services to the Director, Student Financing.  He/she will be responsible for coordinating the administrative activities within the Department as required by Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

 

The preferred applicant will possess at minimum: a Diploma in Administrative Management or a related discipline; at least two (2) years experience in a secretarial post; sound knowledge of standard office procedures and practices, records and file management systems; good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
