An excellent opportunity has arisen within the College of Health Sciences for the following post:


Administrative Support 2 (Permanent)

The Administrative Support 2 will provide confidential secretarial and administrative support services in the College of Health Sciences.  He/she will be responsible for coordinating the administrative activities within the Unit as required by the Supervisor/Manager.



The preferred applicant will possess:

  • A Diploma in Administrative Management or a related discipline
  • At least two (2) years experience in a secretarial post
  • Sound knowledge of standard office procedures and practices
  • Knowledge of records and file management systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
