Facilities Management Department

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Facilities Management Department for the following post:

 

Administrative Support 2

(Permanent)

 

The Administrative Support 2 will provide confidential secretarial and administrative support services to the Head of Department. He/She will be responsible for carrying out effective and efficient communication and liaison, establishing and maintaining administrative systems and preparing and maintaining various types and forms of documents and records as required by Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

 

The preferred applicant will possess a Diploma in Administrative Management or equivalent qualifications; at least two (2) years experience in a secretarial post; sound knowledge of standard office procedures and practices, records and file management systems; good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
