An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Career & Placement Unit for the following post:
Administrative Support 2 (Level 5B) – Permanent
The Administrative Support 2 will provide confidential secretarial and administrative support services in the Career and Placement Unit. He/she will be responsible for coordinating the administrative activities within the Unit as required by the Career and Placement Officer responsible for the Unit.
The preferred applicant will possess: a Diploma in Administrative Management or a related discipline; at least two (2) years experience in a secretarial post; sound knowledge of standard office procedures and practices, records and file management systems; good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
