An excellent opportunity has arisen within the University Examination Centre for the following post:


Administrative Support 2 – Level 5B


The Administrative Support 2 will provide confidential secretarial and administrative support services in the University Examination Centre.  He/she will be responsible for coordinating the administrative activities within the Centre as required by the Assistant Registrar responsible for the Examination Centre.



The preferred applicant will possess: a Diploma in Administrative Management or a related discipline; at least two (2) years experience in a secretarial post; sound knowledge of standard office procedures and practices, records and file management systems; good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
