Leroy. (Lenky) I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Heather while at CAST she was one of my best friends and though we had lost contact I always remembered her of our little group she was the leader and it was always felt she had special qualities just sad I could not have said goodbye you touched the lives of many just as you touched mine your time on earth was well spent RIP.

I remember the first time that I had the opportunity to see her in person – Parish 4H Achievement Day 1997 in Manchester. This lovely looking woman who sat down calmly and spoke calmly. But her words were always inspiring and her smile was far reaching. May her soul rest.
