An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Office of the Customer Service Advocate for the following post:
Administrative Support 2
The Administrative Support 2 will provide confidential secretarial and administrative support services in the Unit. He/she will be responsible for coordinating the administrative activities within the Unit as required by Supervisor/Manager.
The preferred applicant will possess: a Diploma in Administrative Management or a related discipline; at least two (2) years experience in a secretarial post; sound knowledge of standard office procedures and practices, records and file management systems; good communication, interpersonal and computer skills. Training in Customer Service would be a distinct asset.
